For each support ticket, we log the history of all communication concerning the ticket in our service-desk system. In that system, you’ll be able to find all service requests you’ve made and the actions we’ve performed to resolve your issues.
Our team has a short meeting about ongoing support activities each day, to ensure that everyone knows what’s happening and to discuss possible earlier occurrences of an issue at hand.
