Real Life Example

A startup company came to Kabisa with a limited budget to develop an onboarding app. Towards the end of the project it became clear that we were able to deliver the MVP within budget. Delivering some extra user stories would make the customer very happy, but there was no budget for that. The main developer was eager to add these extra user stories as well, and came up with a solution for that: Kabisa would become a customer of the startup company, and use the onboarding app ourselves.
